Faulty Product or Warranty Claim

Submitting the form ensures we receive all required information so we can assess your claim quickly.
Important:
If your order arrived damaged, faulty or missing an item, you must submit a claim within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos or video of the issue.
Once the form is submitted, our Customer Service team will review your claim and advise next steps.
In many cases we can resolve issues without requiring the product to be returned.
Return Delivery Costs

Faulty on Delivery (within 30 days):
Return shipping costs will be covered by us. -
Faulty After 30 Days:
Return shipping back to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.
Once received, your item will be assessed by our team or the manufacturer.
Please allow up to 20 business days for assessment, repair and/or replacement.
Return shipping of repaired/replaced items is the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Most products sold by House & Trade Supplies are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
You may choose to lodge a claim with the manufacturer directly, as many have dedicated service centres and may provide a faster resolution.
Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
