• The ABM-14 is a high-performance bevelling machine designed for milling plates made from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys, making it versatile for a wide range of industrial applications.
• Capable of achieving bevel speeds up to 2.6 m/min (8.5 ft/min) with a maximum bevel width of 12 mm (1/2") in a single pass on workpieces with tensile strength up to 392 MPa (57,000 psi); maximum bevel width is 14 mm (9/16") with additional passes as needed.
• Supports standard bevel angles of 30° and, with optional devices, 22.5°, 25°, 35°, 37.5°, and 45°, offering flexibility for different edge preparations.
• Allows beveling from both the top and bottom edges, including lower edge beveling in an inverted position for enhanced versatility.
• Equipped with a reversible spindle function to easily release the machine if the milling tool becomes stuck during operation.
• Low noise level below 70 dB, eliminating the need for hearing protection during use.
• Optional trolley enables auto feed for large plates, making it easy to transport and operate even on heavy workpieces.
• Available with standard shearing cutters for carbon steel and optional cutters for stainless/alloy steels and aluminum for optimized performance across different materials.
