Price Matching Policy

At House&TradeSupplies, we strive to offer competitive pricing on all our products. While we do not guarantee a price match in all cases, we are happy to consider requests submitted by our customers.

How It Works

If you’ve found the same item at a lower price from another Australian retailer, you may submit a price match request before placing your order. We’ll review the request and let you know if we are able to match or beat the price.

To Submit a Price Match Request:

Please provide the following:

• A link to the competitor’s product page

• The name of the retailer

• The product’s price and any shipping or delivery costs

• Confirmation that the item is identical (same brand, model, and manufacturer's part number)

Conditions:

• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

• The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer.

• We do not match prices from auction sites, grey market sellers, overseas sellers, or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon).

• Price match requests must be submitted prior to placing an order. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments.

• Postage/delivery costs must be included in the price matched price for it to be considered.

• We reserve the right to decline any price match request at our sole discretion.
