This medium duty slasher is designed specifically for smaller and compact tractors. Ideal for cutting grass and undergrowth on your property. Suits slashing a variety of grasses, small trees and light scrub. Well suited to clearing roadsides and creating firebreaks. Particularly well suited to open grassy areas. A floating A-frame and rear top link chains let the deck follow undulating terrain. Rear discharge spreads cut material out behind the slasher. Adjustable skids allow the cutting height to be set to suit the job. The solid steel deck is reinforced on the underside to keep it straight, reducing water pooling and prolonging its life. Additional plating under the gearbox strengthens the deck where it carries the most load. The cast iron gearbox runs with a lower noise level and has been proven over many years in harsh conditions. A high grade steel rotor bar with heat-treated cutting blades delivers long-lasting cutting performance. Step-down blades reduce the risk of the cutter bar hitting objects. A rear flap prevents stones and other solid objects from being thrown backwards. The front of the deck lets grass enter while preventing objects from being discharged forwards. The gearbox is supplied with a safety cover over the PTO shaft. Supplied complete with a PTO shaft featuring shear pin protection. Built from premium materials to withstand rugged conditions and heavy workloads. The powder coated finish gives long life and easy maintenance.
