CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
House&TradeSupplies understands that you will not always be able to test and handle our products prior to purchase and that’s why we are proud to offer a 14-day Change of Mind Policy for many of our items (excludes special order items).
It is important to note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it, so please check the item listing carefully at the time of purchase to see if the product you have ordered is eligible for a Change of Mind return.
If you would like to return an item, please submit a Return Request using the form below.
This ensures we receive all required details and can process your request quickly.
Change of mind returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item is brand new

The item is unused

Packaging is unopened and in original condition

All accessories, manuals and components are included
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery
Return Shipping Costs
For all change of mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once your request has been submitted, our Customer Service team will review the information and provide return instructions, including the return address.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the fast turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to add/change any items to an order.
If you need to make any changes to your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team via email [email protected]
Once an Order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.
SPECIAL ORDER AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
PLEASE NOTE: Special order and made-to-order items are NOT eligible to be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless a warranty or guarantee is breached.
Any faulty or damaged special order items are covered under warranty and/or consumer guarantees.

Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items marked as Clearance, Final Sale, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind.
These products are typically heavily discounted to clear discontinued lines, excess stock, or incomplete sets, and this is reflected in the pricing.
Returns will only be accepted for these items where required under Australian Consumer Law, including if the product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.
Please ensure you review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as clearance and final sale items may have specific notes regarding condition, inclusions, or limitations.
International Transactions – Payment Processing Fees
For all international transactions, payment processing fees charged by the payment provider (including but not limited to credit card fees, PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, and other related charges) are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, return, or refund, these fees will be deducted from the total refund amount, as they are not returned to us by the payment provider.
