• Combines a durable Polytuff step tank with a Honda GX160 engine and Comet MC20/20 pump to deliver the flow and pressure needed for spot spraying, fence line, roadside and boom spraying.
• The tank has an integrated sump for easy draining and cleaning, calibrated fill markings, and twin internal baffles that reduce liquid surge during transport, improving stability on uneven terrain.
• Bottom inserts allow the tank to be permanently fixed to a tray or fitted with optional forklift skids.
• The engine includes a low oil level alert and drives the pump through a direct-drive 6:1 reduction gearbox.
• The pump is a self-priming, positive-displacement, oil-backed diaphragm design with nitrile diaphragms and a corrosion-resistant, cast anodised aluminium body.
• Controls include a pressure regulator with adjustable pressure and automatic bypass, a pressure gauge, and 2 outlets, one for the hose reel and one for an optional boom.
• Two-stage filtration protects the pump and minimises nozzle blockages, with a basket strainer under the filling lid and an easy-access tank-mounted suction filter.
• Fitted with a 30m Eco hose reel of powder-coated metal construction with a lockable hub and locking pin, and an atomiser spray gun adjustable from a straight stream to a conical spray plus a fine mist setting, giving an effective spray distance of up to 15 metres.
• Capable of operating an 8-nozzle boom fitted with size 04 nozzles at 3 bar for broad-area spraying.
• Optional forklift channels (pair, code 430-115) can be fitted north/south or east/west, with bolts and washers included for DIY fitment.
• Suited to professional and rural spraying applications.
